Centipede creates sculptures for companies and collectors. Following the creation of a sculpture is a unique experience and always results in a personal work of art. A sculpture can be given as a business gift.
Jeroen Advocaat is being invited by the organizers of big sand sculpture events Since 2003. Besides building sandsculptures Centipede also creates artistic impressions for sculptures and parks.
Jeroen Advocaat graduated as (Medical) Illustrator from art academy Minerva in the Netherlands in 1999. in 2002 he founded the company Centipede to make Illustrations and Sculptures.
Centipede has created sculptures in many different sizes and materials inducing molds for bronze business gifts. But at the moment Centipede offers most sculptures in sand, concrete and ice for big events.
Centipede has a large portfolio of artwork that has been used in newspapers, books and folders. Some illustrations like CD designs or book covers take days to create while others like the bicycle above are made in hours.
